If you do a quick search you will find there are several threads/topics about your question.

Short answer, you don't qualify for the good paying jobs with reliable employers unless you're not mentioning a degree in an unrelated field with industry experience - i.e. business. In which case HCT might consider your application. But I wouldn't hold my breath.

The few jobs that you might qualify for - based on the limited info given - would not be those that are well-paid... more like subsistence in local culture.

Sorry, I should have given more info but I was a bit "typed out" at the time.

39 year old
CELTA (from 2000)
10 years teaching and a fair amount of teaching management in private and public sector in France and UK to multinational people.

Good CV, good skills, good experience. BUT....no degree.

Grrr

Thanks for the replies so far.

unfortunately for you, the best paying employers are big on accredited "paper" qualifications with post graduate teaching experience. You could be the best teacher ever anywhere, but without the paper credentials, you will never be acknowledged as such.

No degree usually is equivalent to lowest paying bottom feeder employerss. Subsistence (at best) no proper documentation and no benes (ticket, medical, childtrens' education)

You will not get a well-paid job with those qualifications.
