My husband called the Shimbashi office for me and explained my situation. He says to wait for the next payment date Sep. 25 and if the money is not there I will then go to the local office in Shibuya to file a complaint.
She told me she was going to pay....so....we'll see...

Good luck with that. It's true, some of the owners of small schools here really don't have a clue. Yet if they can make money, they should pay you.
