| What is the price of a low budget (cheapest) hotel or hostel room in Bangkok and on the islands of Ko Samui, Ko Tao etc. |

| Bangkok you can find guest houses in the Koh San Road area for around 250 at the low end. The average is around 500. On the Islands most bungalows or hotels are around 800-1000 baht a night. Season and availability effect the rates. Good luck |

you can find bungalows in ko chang for 150 in the low season.
around the kao san area, you can go as low as 250... i think i remember being in one guesthouse that charged 150, but it was further up, off th samsen. |
