We're heading to Costa Rica next July and want to make sure we're proactive about getting our immunizations. What should we be prepared to get before we leave? How soon should we start getting vaccinated?

| It's best you ask a doctor in your area, or call CIMA, a major, private hospital in San Jose where you surely will find English speakers. |
