Glad you wrote. I couldn't find a job in Dongbei, so went to check out a job in Nanchang. It's hard to believe that unis think they can treat their "foreign" teachers so badly. There were 2 of us, and we both left. I was set to go to another uni and it closed with H1N1.
I'm in India because it is, after all, sane -- for now. I'm in the Himalayan Mountains in northern India. No factories here: none. I've been here many times & somehow people just leave me in peace. I can live quite independently. But having work again would be nice!

Hi, I am considering taking the CELTA course in New Delhi, and visiting and volunteering at Dharamshala next year, although I see Kathmandu in Nepal also ofers a CELTA. I might get a uni job in China after that. One plan anyway, peace. |
