does anyone know of forums for social uses. I have seen a few but what to know what else is out there. Possibly for networking and also for information on going out. My school is tiny with people who don't go out, and I live in the suburbs away from "society". Any input is appreciated |

For ladies, check out "Being a Broad" (http://www.being-a-broad.com/). It's not so useful for "partying," but they do have seminars and events for networking. |

I've just started building one for new ALT's and English teachers in Japan. The idea of the forum is to network people by region.
Forum is up, but unfortunately it is brand new and has no members yet. Hoping to get the word out in April during training. |
