The end of 2009 is near! So what job related resolutions do you have?

I'd like to
1. Get 10 article/lesson plans published.
2. Stay at my next job, starting in March for at least 2 years.
3. Start ANOTHER MA, this time in Applied Linguistics, not TEFL in July and finish within 3 years.

May I ask why you are thinking of starting a second MA?

Sure! Because the country where I'm going to has informed me that degrees from non English speaking countries don't "count". Smile

Great post. Some tentative plans:

1. Dip into my savings to boost my Spanish to C1.
2. Get a job by mid 2010, preferably at a large public university in Latin America and get involved with the community.
3. If said job is in Brazil, get my Portuguese to B2 12 months from start.
4. Expand my teaching repertoire and hone the fundamentals for a possible DELTA in 2011.
