Actually this wil be my second stint in Al-Khafji. I like it there, I do enjoy a little more quiet alone time. Before I used to go swimming everyday after work and jogging along the beach. Near to wear I swim and run there is a Turkish restuarant that I would eat dinner at. Sometimes I would go out camping in the desert. I got to pet a $500,000 camel! On the weekends go up to Kuwait or down to Bahrain... or enjoy the parties in Dammam/Khobar... I think when you put a lot of bored like minded alcoholics together in one secure place, you are going to get some banging good times. Anything and anywhere... If you know what you are getting yourself into anything anywhere can be a good time.
The important thing in Khafji is to get a car to be able to get around. |
