Those are the combination car navigation device / TV. Lovely pieces of technological distraction. Don't know how many have really caused accidents, though.

No, of course not. Just keep your cool. Nothing worse than a direct-speaking, angry arrogant foreigner. Also remember the 80-20 rule of insurance in most cases will still make you liable for something. And realize that there is a zero-tolerance law for blood alcohol. |
