Job Title: GOOD PAYING ESL JOBS IN SAUDI ARABIA
Located at: KSA (Saudi Arabia)->map
Vacancy: 5 or more
Salary: $11450 SAR
Requisites: BA in English,MA Degree or PhD, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA

This position was offered in a different job website. It seems the pay is getting lower & lower. I just can't wait for the pay to get lower than that in Korea so there would be no reason to keep KSA on my list.

SAR 12,000 was my last pay & was underpaid @ that rate. Maybe the world economy is being used as an excuse to lower wages in KSA?

They could offer 8000 and they would still get people coming at that rate.
The ghettos of Bradford and Detroit are full of people who would come and work here for nothing.

Before I made only SAR 12,000 I earned SAR 18,750 & thought that was about right.

What made you move from an 18 to a 12K salary? It does not make sense to me.

The first job was on a Business Visa and the employer had no intentions of ever honoring those pay conditions. Next week or so all the people hired under those conditions will be gone from the place where they signed 3 year contracts last May...what does that tell yah?

No, to simply move from 19K to 12 K would make no sense whatsoever but at least the university students at the 12K place tended to try to work in class. The industrial students at the other position were anything BUT industrious and spent most of the time trying to negotiate early release "to beat the traffic," negotiating for longer breaks for prayer time & lunch etc.

In all, the uni students were not bad and even at the lower pay would have been a more enjoyable (less disagreeable actually) tenure.

Ugh no. Local hires either get accomodation or a housing allowance.
