| We lived in Qingdao, China for 5 years and loved it. It's on the east coast of China across from Korea. There is an active international expat population there with a monthly newsletter: www.Qingdaoexpat.com. It's one of the most beautiful cities in China. |

You can comfortably save 1000 USD a month in Korea and enjoy a drink and a few nice meals out per week. You can save even more if you have the 'Scottish gene'  |
