Hello. I'm posting to ask advice regarding living and working in the philippines.

I had a job interview for a primary school teaching post the other day for an international school and fingers crossed, I'll be successful in getting the job!But I can't find much information on working in the Philippines on this site so any help would be appreciated.

Anybody who has worked or lived in the Philippines please help! Thanks. The area I would be working in is Angeles. How safe is it to work and live over there? (I'm a single young female)

Hi, Kiels...I don't have any answers to your question; I just wanted to suggest also posting you query in the General Asia forum as you may receive more answers there. I wish you the best of luck with the prospective job!

Angeles is a nice place..if I remember it correctly. There are many BIG shopping malls so you'll be very happy Very Happy There are many bars as well.
If you have been living in the US or Canada for your whole life, everything in the Philippines will be at a some what low price. Lots of street food so you can eat well. There are people who will try to pick your pocket so be careful. You should be well off because most people in the Philippines can speak english. Good Luck!
