Hello,
I've been teaching in Taiwan for 2 years and considering moving to Japan (JET) next year.
I am interested in learning things such as:
Martial Arts
Shiatsu massage
rock climbing
surfing
mountain biking
Are these activities popular in Japan?
The reason I ask is that although there are such activities in Taiwan, they are inaccessible to one who does not speak Chinese. I hope it's not the same in Japan.
I would be very appreciative if someone could post links to forums/bulletin boards used by the foreign community in Japan (kyushu area in particular). Thank you. |
