I wonder if other ALT companies will be looked at because of this case??
or will it be business as usuaul .. who woke me up?
it certainly would be good for a few things to be cleared up once and for all |

The three year dodge isn't allowed in law anywhere. It's only an internal guideline, as is the three month cooling off period dodge.
Changing the company after three years, or the ALTs, doesn't reset the clock. |

Well obviously nothing has changed, and it has been over a year. Good to know that the BoEs like business as usual and the path of least resistance over everything and anything else. |

Yes, yes, yes! Probably...forget it! It is! I was a JET twenty-one years ago and that was exactly what was put to me. Eventhough, I had a teaching degree, so many didn't, that we were all painted with the same brush!
It's comforting to see that some things NEVER change! 
P.s.- Are non-Japanese still refered to as "Gaijin"? No response required!

Sorry, but those self-important freaks at the Kashiwa School Board, where I was placed by an ALT job scalper called IES (Infernally Evil Scum) on one such illegal contract, once cost me a job because they didn�t like my face. It warms my heart to see these lowlifes get ripped a new one. |
