If the person has experience of living and working China I would agree with you.
But for someone who hasn't been here before and can't speak Chinese. I'd advise not taking you advice. Much better to get the job offer first. |

Ditch the recruiter , find a job and they will get you a z visa- problem solved. Whats with all the drama? I am surprised that someone can legally work on a tafe certificate, but this is China and companies can bend rules if they have connections.
It's easy in Shenzhen to rent a place and teach privates and just keep going to Shekou ferry doc for 90 day visas. |

| I'm planning to ditch the recruiter when I have found alternative employment. I have one interview tonight and one in the morning. Hey I'm trying to teach privates but only one so far. That was advertising through a Chinese website. But not getting so many responses. Is there any other way to improve on that one? Please let me know. |
