|

I am on a student visa now. If I tell my school I am going to get a job and change to a Z work visa, will they automatically cancel my student visa?
I need a couple weeks before I get an invitation letter and other stuff ready.
In Korea, if an employer reports an employee no longer working to immigration, that employee has 14 days to leave the country.
So, is there something similar in China?
I wish there was a place where we could find out this stuff. It's impossible to put all this together unless we just do what we think can be done. However, if that isn't how they like it, then we pay the penalties. I'd like to know the rules before I find out I may have broken them. |
