No. I meant wakaran. If you heard my students, you would understand.

They do say wakarhen, and they do say shiran. But I find wakaran to be among the most amusing things they say.

They also say wakanaaaa (not wakaNAI, but dropping the i) and sounding really whiney when doing it.
