Hello,
I'm currently teaching English in South Korea and want to teach in Turkey next. I want to live in a lively but not super crowded city, that is clean and safe and preferably close to the water. Also, I would like to live near an expat community. It doesn't need to be huge, but I just want to be able to have a good support network.
What city do you recommend?
I've heard great things about Izmir and Antalya. Which do you recommend more?
Does anyone know of any schools that are hiring in these areas? Can you suggest other areas to look into?
I'm TEFL Certified, have 1 year of ESL teaching experience (I teach Middle school students) and have 4 years of professional work experience outside of teaching (primarily in the business world).
If you know of anyone hiring or can offer me any insight please email me at [email protected]
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you very much |
