That "non-completion clause" sounds more like indentured servitude than a contract <grin>.
I wouldn't do it if you have a choice. And if you don't think you have a choice then do it and figure it'll be that school's job to learn if you leave early and quietly find new employment. How would they know?

actually, manpower law states that there cant be any kind of probationary term for fixed term contracts.....must check if the contract is fixed term or open ended...different rules apply.... |
