That "non-completion clause" sounds more like indentured servitude than a contract <grin>.
I wouldn't do it if you have a choice. And if you don't think you have a choice then do it and figure it'll be that school's job to learn if you leave early and quietly find new employment. How would they know?

| actually, manpower law states that there cant be any kind of probationary term for fixed term contracts.....must check if the contract is fixed term or open ended...different rules apply.... |
