A warning to Newbies to this game. If you are isolated from other speakers of English and do not use your native tongue you may forget how to. Seek out opportunities to use your English from time to time with other native speakers or those with native speaker competence. Ward off Linguistic Regression, Dementia and Being Loopy ! |

My first post-tefl gig was in China. I travelled for what felt like a week to get to this remote little place somewhere still on Earth. I was the only foreigner for light years................. My English did go a bit weird after about 9 months on NO real conversation but I got it back............ Neva agen thow |
