3 PM is grand. This is your baby, why not write up a post to announce it?

As for the book swap

Now as long as Guy doesnt make last minute changes or cancellations....ooops, cant make it. Its too far for me to travel.

Geaaronson, Im assuming youre in the southern part of the city maybe? happy to tweak the venue if it will accomodate you...somewhere that will work for all of us. Let us know if this is the clincher or if its the date you cant make.

Ok, so if no objections, then how about Guys suggestion...?

Franz Meyer museum, just across from Parque Alameda right behind the Palacio de Bellas Artes, at metro Bellas Artes on Sunday July 11th at 3 pm.

If everyone who has replied so far is good with this, I will create a separate post to announce it.

Sounds good...I'll let some non-Cafe teachers in DF know as well.

Cool! I can start getting the books together to trade. Also, today while meandering around trying to find out where I could catch the darn micro , due to a number of streets being closed, I found a used bookstore that had a floor to ceiling shelf of novels in English. I can't recall that it had a name, but it is on Allende, just north of the Camara de Diputados, between Republica de Cuba and Donceles, on the left hand side of the street if you are heading north.

Calle Donceles is known for its used bookstores, and usually they have a section for English-language books. Here's a link with more information: http://www.planeta.com/ecotravel/mexico/df/donceles.html .
