Reading the boards at internationalschoolsreview certainly makes it seem like it is trending that way, especially for people who are moving on from a first job. It still seems like fairs and the recruiting services are a good way to go for the first job.
Posters on Daves tend to steer people clear of recruiters for TESOL jobs for what sound like very valid reasons, but I think they have been the norm and the tried and true path to international schools for years. |

Most of the International schools hire in country or at job fairs - well in advance and it costs alot of money to go to the job fairs and competition is fierce! |
