I just got here myself, and I found this great non-profit in Kansai called welcomefuroshiki.com. They come and meet you, give you a whole bunch of info in English, and are basically the Welcome Wagon of the Kansai and Kanto areas. I signed up for a meet, and thought I'd pass the info along.  |
