Taco seasoning to Mexico??

Good news: Mexico has the best tacos in the entire world. That's like taking ice cubes to Alaska in the Winter.

The only thing I had trouble finding in Mexico was clam chowder. I learned to live without it and it may be available... it's been five years so things can change a lot. I was just searching for the Campbell's brand... who knows, it may be down there I just noticed that I didn't see it.

Hope my answer didn't come out mean or rude, just being facetious Smile

Seriously, Mexican tacos (al pastor) blow commercial taco seasoning out of the water!!

I miss good, I mean GOOD, pizza. Pizza here is god awful, be it international franchise or local mom and pop's place. I crave pizza from back in the states. Crave it... Crying or Very sad

I'm not sure if you're near Cuernavaca, but they had a place near the Centro called "Marco Polo" and their pizza is pretty good. Strada is also really good... I had pasta there but I think their pizza is halfway decent.

I was shocked though to see "salchichas" on pizza. I never liked them (hot dogs).

If you're ever in North Carolina, Lubranos and Elizabeths are really good.
In Indialantic, Florida... look up Petrillos, they may still be around; really good.

I'm off on a tangent, I know...

And if you`re ever in NY, there`s a great place where there`ll be a line going out the door in the cold, cold winter for just a taste of their fine pizza cuisine.

And if you`re ever in Boston, MA, there`s another wonderful pizzeria.

And out in Seattle, there`s....

I`m in Queretaro. Rolling Eyes

I've been able to find Chunky Clam Chowder (yes, it's in a can, I know) at some Walmarts and a Mega near me. I buy it sometimes.
