I am a qualıfıed CELTA teacher wıth 2 years of teaching experience behind my back and currently residing in Istanbul to look for work. But there are 2 minuses: I don't have a unıversıty degree and I am a non-native english speaker. I wonder if it is hard to find a job for someone like me currently ın Istanbul?

dude..dont u worry about it..I know plenty of non native teachers all around Turkey...Easy..They need English Teachers all the time...And you will have a job as long as your English is decent ..Haowever,being a non native one would already take aways some opportunities..
But I would say "GO for It"...You will get it..
