Which supermarkets in Riyadh are:-

1- the cheapest generally?
2 - the most expensive generally?
3- the best for imported "health food" products. Eg; soya milk, brown rice, etc?
4 - the ones most aimed at western ex-pats?

5 - Also are there any shops/ general areas that typically stock Filipino or Thai foodstuffs.
