I voted for the Anglo, but really I don't know enough about language school work in Mexico to make a very informed choice.
The reason I picked Anglo is that I know they have sort of middle positions to move up into (I know a teacher who did that) making it more of a career option. Now, maybe ALL of those schools have such positions. But since no language school worker has wanted to share that info, I'm left guessing that they don't.

If I HAD to choose one of the above, it would be Interlingua. Why? Because I have heard more positive feedback from the students (including my wife) than in any of the others. Therefore, despite the low pay, they must have a good method which would lead to better results and better job satisfaction. God knows how they achieve that with such low pay and high teacher turnover.

Kind of like McDonalds. Bad product, robotic service, high prices and... SUCCESS! Wish I knew the secret!

I have worked for two of the four, and I know that both Interlingua and the Anglo promote from within, and it is possible to make a career of it at both those places. True, Interlinguas INITIAL pay is low, but it doesnt stay low once they weed out those who cant teach, only wanted to work a few months, etc. That changes fairly quickly if you are a decent teacher. Also, you can start at Interlingua with nothing more than knowing how to speak English. The Anglo has quite a few more requirements, and the starting pay is higher, but you will stay at that pay level for a while, regardless of how good you are. Also, at the branches of Interlingua I worked out, you couldnt have wanted a better director or co-workers. At the Anglo, at the time I was there, there was a LOT of politics, and people being promoted, or not, based on how popular they were with certain people. That was a few year ago, so it could very well have changed.
