I have a B.A. and an ESL certification (K-12)
and a teaching certification.
Does this mean I do not qualify to teach in the English Foundation programs in Oman until I have a Masters ? |

I don't know any employer in Oman who requires an MA. SQU prefers them, and the majority have them I believe, but it depends on your experience. They look for IEP type academic English teaching experience. The tech colleges are not terribly picky... as long as you have the minimum requirements listed on the ads.
With K-12 certification - if you have some good experience - you might look at the better international schools.
