Celsius Very Happy

When winter sets in, it can be very pleasant at minus 3, minus 10 even, because of the dry continental climate. However, at minus 25 you start to feel a bit less like going for a walk in the park and it can get down to minus 35 and worse

Very similar to Edmonton, I think - having spent a couple of winters in Calgary. Also dry cold, but when it's below -30 or so, it's just too cold to be outdoors.

centigrade or ferenheit?

Centigrade, but here are the conversions from C to Fahrenheit:
minus 3 C = 27 F; minus 10 C = 14 F; minus 25 C = minus 13 F;
minus 35 C = minus 31 F.
The temperatures converge at very low temperatures. E.g. minus 45 C (which it can get down to) is minus 49 F. I guess they freeze together..
