I've been trying to apply online via http://recruiting.ecc.co.jp/apply/index.html
Everytime I click on Apply in the US, it jumps to the Canadian page. I emailed 4 days ago asking why this is and if it matters and have yet to receive a response.
Anyone see this as a big deal, or should I just apply on the Canadian page |

You just missed the U.S. recruiting seminar in San Fransisco (which was the first week of Nov) and until they come back to San Fran, the only N.A. recruiting office is the Toronto office- so you would need to apply and attend an in-person interview at their Toronto location.
Hope this helps. |

Thanks...
I knew the San Fran seminar had just passed, but I thought you could apply online at anytime. Guess not. |

Even if you're American or live in N.A. you can still apply to ECC via their web application- it just means the only location you will be able to interview at is their Toronto office. |

As Rakuten said, they mostly just want all NA applicants to apply to Toronto - it even explicitly says (or at least it did earlier this year) to whether you're a Canadian or United States citizen. |
