Has anyone volunteered as an English teacher on the Peace Boat before?

I don't know, but I'd just like to say that it sounds like a good opportunity. Long hours, but it's only three months, and you get to travel the world!

I've heard that it is interesting, but you spend the mass majority of your time always on the boat, rather than all of these exotic ports around the world.

I've looked into it before- it seems like it would be a really amazing experience, but from what I've heard- it's rather competitive.

I definately haven't ruled out the possibility of putting in an application in the future. I've heard mostly good things about it, so it's certainly worth looking into if you're interested/can see yourself doing something like that.

I wonder how they pick who gets to volunteer on Peace Boat and what can help you get chosen.
