Im in small town. I havent got a release letter from my school and Im changing jobs. They wont give it to me. My visa expires in October. What can I do?

Ask them why they won't give you a release letter.

Sing "Please Release Me Let Me Go ", until they get tired of hearing you sing and they will let you go. You have nine months or so to get this sorted out. Why do you want to get out of your contract ? Have they broken their end of the agreement ? Give us the facts. The jury at Daves's Cafe will then rule on your case. Laughing

I found at least 5 threads on this subject. Their is a formal process for such an employer violation of the rules; use it.
