Hello all
I'm looking for a post in a Gulf University and have followed the advice to check on their websites. However very few seem to be hiring English instructors at the moment. I've checked several (private) uni websites with very few posts advertised. Have I missed the boat here? Or do they recruit later in the year e.g. next month for Aug/Sept starts? Are there any other websites I can check?
I think it's harder to get into the unis in the UAE than those elsewhere in the Gulf, right? Is H Ed in the Gulf suffering from 'cutbacks' too? Any advice gratefully received and thanks in advance.
