I will be bringing my HP Mini laptop to Thailand. The transformer for the charger says 100-240 V. Will this safely plug straight into an outlet there. |

Depending on where you are coming from you may need a plug adapter (from 3-prong to 2 prong) but you will be fine as far as the voltage is concerned. You can plug straight into the wall mains.
