Can someone recommend a reputable company which provides basic medical/accident coverage for expats? There are many in searches but I've never heard of most of them. FWIW, I'm British.
I'm moving from Korea to Vietnam next week with my wife. She has a job & insurance, but I as yet have neither.
I know I may get some coverage with my first job, but I don't want to rely on that nor have to buy additional coverage when traveling abroad.
Thanks for any suggestions |

World Nomad or something like that is supposed to be decent. Lonely Planet recommends them. |

Depending on where you are headed and as long as you don't need coverage for the States BUPA is OK too. http://www.bupa.com/
