Great information, speaks more highly of ET than other info of them. Sounds like you had some great staff in the back helping you out and making sure you were able to stay. Shame about the students and the HT though. Hopefully that's not the general rule of thumb, and was just a bad luck of the draw for yourself.
Makes me more at ease to apply to ET.

Quite an accurate assessment of ET.
My only addition would be re. the HTs and the shameless manner in which they compromise themselves by protecting friends who students/teachers complain about.
They would actually prefer to watch students suffer rather than step in and try to alleviate the situation.
