| The guy who I spoke with for the phone screening told me at the end of the call that I had made it to the next round of interviews. |

Like Ruby, I was also told at the end I made it to the interview seminar.
Don't be too disheartened because I do know there have been cases where people were notified later that they made it to the seminar stage as well via email. |

| I was also told I made the next round at the end of the phone screening. However I have heard that this is not always the case. Good luck! |

Thanks mstoffer. Was your phone screening done recently?
According to an Interac facebook page that explains the whole process in detail, I should hear yay or nay within a week of the screening.....if the information is accurate that is.
I sure hope it pans out. |

I did it a couple months ago (decided to go with another company). The interviewer did say something like "normally we wait and discuss before inviting to the next round" before he told me so I think you are correct that normally you would expect to hear in a week or so.
Good luck! Interac seems like a great company, I enjoyed the communications I had with them and I know a couple former Interac employees that enjoyed their experiences. |

It makes sense that they go ahead and snag up the properly qualified on the spot, and then fill in the gaps with the newbies or less than qualified.
Good to know that I may still be in the running.
