I recently had an ECC interview and was told that my information will be kept on file for possible future consideration.
Anyone out there have a success story where they were actually called some time down the road? |

I'm currently in the candidate pool for ECC, which means I've been hired but not yet offered recruitment. I never heard about ECC putting anyone "on file." Where'd you interview? Any other information? |

I interviewed at the Toronto office on 24 March. I thought being put on file was a little weird too, maybe I did not totally bomb the grammar test? |

My advice is not to put all your eggs in one basket. That goes for EFL jobs and any other. Times are tough here. Shoot for the percentages. |

Absolutely, just got a lot of good vibes from ECC overall and if I had the opportunity to work for them in the future I would like to give it a try. Thank you. |
