Hmm. I lost 40 pounds during my first 7 months here, but after I quit my 3 pack/day smoking habit I put it all back, plus another hefty amount.

When I came I was eating a Taiwanese diet. I realized I had gained 5 pounds so I switched back to my American diet and gained more weight. Eek. I started walking back and forth to work (3 miles total) so that has helped not gain more but I still haven't lost what I originally gained. I am eating the same food now as I did in US. It is making me depressed. Sad

Sounds like you could use a bit more meat on your bones. Laughing

JZ'er I was going to let it go the first time but you spelt weigh incorrectly not once but twice - impressive...

You are of course aware that weight is the noun and weigh is the verb?

I am only 5'4 so the weight is actually healthy for me at both 56kg and 59kg. But I look better at 56kg. How did everyone loose weight? What did you do differently?

They don't eat. I am not kidding. The girls will eat noodles and very basic food that is not very nutritious.

That must contribute to their lack of curves.
