| It must be blocked here. I get the usual message "The server at ... is taking too long to respond..." that happens when a site is blocked. I wonder what they did to irritate the local powers-that-be. |

Seems to work just fine, now.
Your message about response time isn't necessarily that the site is blocked. It may be anything from server maintenance, site updating, or a restart of your computer and cable modem. |
