I think the price of the apartment would be a rather important piece of information, as well as stating what district it is in, and perhaps even the street and street address. Center of HCMC does not mean much to me, looking at a map, the center of HCMC is not an obvious location that I can figure out.

So much of the advertising for housing in HCMC is quite misleading when done by the VN. I hope that when we ourselves (westerners) advertise, we try to avoid those kinds of deceptive practices.
