I believe it is in Jiangsu province. I am looking at a potential job offer in this area, and wanted to see if I could find out more information about this city.

If you have been there or lived there, please tell me your impressions. I know already that there are a lot of things to do nearby.

[1] what is the average cost of living?

[2] are there a lot of foreigners there, or just a few?

[3] any good coffee shops like A Little Flavor or Hong Kong Story?
