|
|
I have successfully negotiated a contract, but have realized a small
oversight on my part after signing the contract.
Could anyone through PM offer some quick advice? Preferable if you have plenty experience in China or knowledge of business relationships within a Chinese context.
It's a simple and easy question, but I'm not sure if I would be souring a relationship that so far has been friction free. |

If it is so simple and easy then discuss it with the employer. In the future, read things completely before signing, accepting, etc. You've provided no details on the "issue" so you'll get little input as to plan of attack. |

The contract issue is simple, yet broaching it may not be, hence the request for advice.

I did, but this does not preclude the possibility that due to circumstance an oversight occurred. I made a mistake and wish to rectify it within a context that is sensitive to what may be different, culturally speaking, business norms. Wagging the finger, however slight, is pointless, unless this makes you feel better.

Hence, the request to PM. In the future, read posts completely before responding, offering an opinion etc. See how easy it is ? |
