That's crap that they make you pay for it yourself. My dispatcher pays for it and any transport costs involved. Borderlink is certainly worthy of its worse of the worse rep.

I've always had my results sent straight to my employer for convenience sake. Unless that letter is extrememly amusing, there shouldn't be a reason for the hospital to have reacted as they did, especially if they knew the nature of your work. Of course my employer always sends me the original results paperwork once they have made their records to satisfy the BOE.
