I wonder how that is going to be enforced that all teachers have work permits for all the schools that they work....even more when schools like IPS/AHS refuse, or very few teachers, to give work permits to their teachers in order to avoid the loss of money to the government in social benefits....I guess like everything else here it would still be the fault of the teacher, even though the Vietnamese are braking the laws.
As for who gets the work permit, I actually talked to a lawyer here, when going through my IPS insanity, that told me that the school couldn't hold the work permit, as IPS/AHS do, they got a certified copy, and the original went to us as teachers. They stated that the police can check and ask us for the permit to verify that we have it for reasons of being in the country, or something like that. |

You don't hold the original. The labor office does. Sure the school gets a copy. Woop di doo. Your next employer goes to the labor office and transfers it over .Actually, the lawyer you spoke to sucks donkey balls. As a matter of fact, tell him that. Say "you suck donkey balls." |
