I'm hoping this thread will stay open, so please no pulling it off-topic with religious stuff, OK?
I'm interested in knowing how teachers around the world are planning to react if - or when - the Euro collapses, the USA defaults on its debts, and we end up with sinking currencies. Does everyone have a Plan B, or is everyone so skint anyway by being a poorly-paid teacher that it's of far less concern than where the next meal's coming from?
And if anyone's got a good link to financial management for dummies (and I mean real dummies) that's not geared exclusively to US citizens, please share! |

I don't think anyone here has any solutions. And although I know you suggested we stay off religion, right now might be a good time to start praying.
As for financial advisors, stay away from anyone called Merkel or Sarkozy.
Would the last one out of Europe turn the lights off please... |
