You are, obviously, not clued in, at all, to Japanese psychology. It is...and always will be...top-down. Full Stop. You are there to listen to the principal and agree (erm, not even that, confirm that you heard what he has to say) with him. And even if you (and I mean the collective "you" smuggly walk away thinking that you have won...you have so badly lost!

yup, I am not japanese so I have different ideas of thinking...
as much as I respect the culture, crap conditions are accepted by those unwilling to act or meant to be changed given the chance. grow a pair dood. |
