This interview is set in Toronto, in September. Has anyone heard of ECC? Is it legit? I am going to be flying from Oregon to Toronto for the interview, so I am very serious about teaching in Japan. I want to make sure this is worth it. ECC's website is listed below.

Allow me to be the first to tell you to do at least thirty seconds of your own homework: yes, they're a real company. They have a reputation in most areas as being among the better eikaiwa. That's not saying much, however, because they're still just an eikaiwa.

ECC already has strong union representation. You'll find out about them at your orientation and you should join in order to strengthen your and your co-workers' rights.
