I am about to leave Thailand to look for work in Mexico City. How can I get my Thai CELTA notarised/apostilled before I leave? Can I go to the Mexican consulate here? Also, what about my dgree (from Australia)?

A document from a given country is apostilled/legalized by authorities of the country where it was issued (i.e. not the other country where you are going to submit the document).
Thailand is one of the non-apostille countries. If you have your CELTA legalized before you leave Thailand, it will be by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand�Legalization Division. If you have it done in another country, check the website of the Thai Embassy in that country or contact the embassy for information.
For apostilling your Australian degree, search for information at the Australian Embassy website or contact the embassy and ask. |
