I am leaving HK after six years, and for the last three years I have been teaching some primary aged kids on Friday nights. Two or three one hour classes depending on the number of kids.

I took over from another teacher when she went home and I would like to pass this opportunity onto someone else.

You work every Friday night. There are from 6-10 kids in a class. There is an assistant who takes care of calling parents and collecting fees...her kids get to go to class for free. She is the one who organizes everything for you.

I charged about $125 per kid. $200 for some kids who take two classes (we have a writing class as well as basic english classes)

The job is in the New Territories...near the Hung Shui Kiu LRT stop. Classes start at 4:30 and go to 7:30....three one-hour classes...

Basically you can make between 10-13K every two months depending on enrollment...there are some kids who always sign up and others that come and go.

PM me for more details.

This year's classes will end in the middle of July. I always take the summer off and start again in September. If you are going to be in Hong Kong maybe you can arrange to keep them going during the summer.

Anyone who is interested and gets by an interview with me (I am a little protective as I have been there three years...though I still have kids that refuse to say more than two words to me...don't know why their mothers keep sending them back to class)....after the interview...you would be asked to come to a couple of classes and we would team teach...let the parents see you and let the kids get to know you...then you can arrange a start time....

Chris...

I am off to Korea next. My wife is Korean and we are going back to help take care of her parents with thought of opening our own immersion kindergarten.

We leave Hong Kong the end of July.
